Planning Application

Following extensive consultations, an application seeking outline planning permission for the Liverpool Waters development was submitted to Liverpool City Council on 4 October 2010.

It allows for Liverpool City Council to make a decision on the general principles of how the site can be developed successfully. If permitted, detailed proposals will then be prepared for the site and submitted to the Council at a later stage for its further approval.

The planning application was submitted via the Planning Portal saving an estimated 2.9 tonnes of CO2.
