The key link between
Liverpool Waters and the City.
King Edward Triangle at Liverpool Waters connects Princes Dock, Liverpool’s Central Business District, and the city centre.
As one of five neighbourhoods within Liverpool Waters, King Edward Triangle will provide a mix of commercial, retail, leisure, hotel and residential use, with a vibrant and active streetscape that will animate and engage this key link piece of the city. Through being at the centre of the City’s Tall Building Policy, it represents a unique opportunity to ambitiously change the City’s skyline.
Significant upgrades to the area’s infrastructure are already underway with improved roads and public transport to service re-development. Ambitious proposals to cut and cover King Edward Street to improve connectivity are also being considered.
King Edward Triangle is being developed by Beetham Davos Ltd and future announcements on its rebranding and aspirations are expected shortly.
