The project will transform the city’s northern docks, regenerating a 60-hectare site to create a world-class, mixed-use waterfront quarter in central Liverpool. Together with Wirral Waters on the West bank of the Mersey, the project will significantly benefit the structure and economy of Liverpool City Region. Liverpool Waters will transform the city centre and North Liverpool, providing much needed opportunities for jobs, training and skills development. Infrastructure improvements will allow easy access between Liverpool Waters and the city centre, ensuring it is strongly connected with the existing waterfront.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager/PA to join our team to provide high level executive support, liaising at a senior level across the business.
Reporting to the Development Director this role will be responsible in supporting the leadership team of a busy development team at Liverpool Waters. Responsible for maintaining high standards and overall operational function for the smooth running of the office. Opportunity for growth within this role as the business grows.
Brief Summary: To provide executive PA Support along with acting as first point of contact. Preparation of monthly board reports, general administration duties, Raising PO’s, assisting with marketing material, maintenance of subcontract supplier and Consultant database ensuring all compliance documents are current.
Skills Required: The ability to be proactive and take initiative, good organisational and time management skills, high attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines. Good oral and written communication skills.
