PRINCES DOCK, LIVERPOOL WATERS IS LOCATED WITHIN THE MERSEY WATERS ENTERPRISE ZONE.
Its Enterprise Zone status is due to expire on 31st March 2018, however businesses can benefit from this relief, if a lease is completed before 31st March and if they are either, a new business moving into the Liverpool City Region, or an existing business expanding which will create additional jobs and growth.
