Growing business signs five year lease with Liverpool Waters

25 Apr 2018

Luxury vehicle insurance broker and incident service provider Novo has signed a five-year lease of 2,500 sq. ft. at No. 12 Princes Dock, Liverpool Waters.

The firm will not have to worry about packing boxes and removal vans, as it currently occupies space in ‘The Quay’ – the serviced office provision also located at No. 12 Princes Dock.

Novo has based its headquarters at Princes Dock for three years, where it has benefited from the flexibility of the serviced office provision in The Quay, whilst enjoying a Grade A office space with high quality amenities and a prime city centre location.

As a small business, the flexibility of working from The Quay was essential for Novo. As the business has expanded, the range of suites available has accommodated their growth, and this new long-term lease will further support Novo in their next phase of development.

No. 12 Princes Dock is one of the most striking office buildings located at waterfront based Liverpool Waters, and boasts stunning panoramic views of the River Mersey and a rooftop terrace. With some recent high profile moves including Griffiths and Armour, the five storey Grade A office space is now 90% let.

The news of Novo’s expansion to a new suite on Princes Dock is just one of many exciting announcements and developments at Liverpool Waters. This year is set to be the busiest yet for the £5 billion regeneration project, which recently broke ground on the £21 million residential building Plaza 1821 and plans due to start on The Lexington and Hive City Docks, two new residential buildings that will be located at Princes Dock.

James Allenby, director at Novo, said:

“Operating our business from Liverpool Waters has not only allowed us to work in a prime location with excellent facilities, but has also allowed us to expand our business and grow our team with ease from its initial office of just four desks. We have worked closely with Peel who have supported the development and growth of the business”.

Liza Marco, asset manager at Liverpool Waters, said:

“We are delighted that Novo has committed to a further five years with Liverpool Waters. It has been a great to watch the company grow rapidly and being able to accommodate their property requirements in Princes Dock on that journey. We are excited to see the firm take on new staff and welcome customers in its larger suite.
